Once you know each other, you will be able to ask them how they are doing and how they are doing something.

As a marketing consultant, I often get the impression that people feel the importance of personal connections. For example, when I work for a company that has a lot of connections with young people, I have a lot of friends who are probably interested in the process. If I help them find a job, they are going to feel like a part of the job. If I help them find the right one, they are going to feel like a part of the job.

The reason I don’t get the feeling that I’m helping people is that I’m not getting them there. Although if I’m able to ask them why I’m helping them, they’ll feel like a part of the job. People tend to be surprised when they see a “friend” who is doing it for them and not feeling that they are helping them.


I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
