I think it can be a very rewarding career, but I think that it is a lot more important to have a lot of variety in your working hours. Being able to take off and go to work on a Monday and have a good day on a Tuesday is great, but if you are spending the same amount of your time in the office every day, the work is not as interesting and enjoyable.
I think that’s true of almost any job, but if I were to offer an estimate of how much that would be, it would be much less than a typical marketing manager’s, let alone that of an executive. It would be a lot less than a normal full time employee.
The job market for the top 10% is one of the most diverse. In the top 1% there are as many people as there are employees, and in the bottom 10% there are as many people as there are employees. At the bottom 10% there are as many people as there are employees.
For a manager to get a good wage for a job like that, it would have to be more than a lot of other employees do. And unless people want to work for a company that pays them above average, I don’t see a lot of people willing to take that risk. I think most people would be better off working for a company that pays below average.
I think a good number of people would prefer that companies pay below average. For many people it is difficult to live in an environment where you cannot make enough money to live comfortably, so I think that is a reason for people to want to work for companies that pay below average.
Because those companies would like to make it easy for you to spend money, but they wouldn’t want to pay you to work for them.
